Facilities and Equipment
At Prime Eye Care Optometry, we use the newest and most advanced equipment such as an Anterior Segment Camera which is used to monitor and evaluate anterior ocular structures and diseases. With this technology, Dr. Lee can diagnose and/or monitor conditions including but not limited to most eyelid, conjunctival (ie. sun damage), corneal, dry eye, and iris pathologies.
For example, if a patient presents with an active corneal ulcer or evidence of a previous ulcer indicated by a corneal scar, it would be important to document this condition, especially if the patient is a chronic abuser of contact lenses. Photo-documentation can be used to educate the patient on future damage if the abuse of contact lens wear continues.
We also have a state of the art Visual Field testing machine to help diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases such as Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts, Brain Tumors, Optic Nerve diseases, etc.

In addition, we've recently added an onsite laboratory to the office where we can make your glasses while you wait. Dr. Lee invested in this extremely high end lab equipment with the mindset of providing our patient's with the most accurate and best quality control measures when making their prescription glasses and sunglasses.
Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest levels of service and quality of finished products that commercial big box companies and online vendors simply can't meet! |
The quality of your frames, lens materials, anti-reflective coatings, in addition to the accuracy of the lens measurements taken are just as important as the prescription itself.
